Serina Mumford, LICSW

Serina Mumford earned her Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University. She works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, caregiver burnout, difficulty setting boundaries, self-esteem challenges, people-pleasing patterns, and healing from unhealthy or emotionally harmful relationship dynamics. She has particular interest and experience in supporting neurodivergent clients, LGBTQIA+ individuals, those exploring faith deconstruction or spiritual transitions, disability, and/or navigating complex family dynamics. Her approach combines compassionate listening with practical strategies drawn from ACT, DBT, CBT, and TF-CBT. Outside of therapy, Serina enjoys audiobooks, cozy hobbies, strength training, and radically accepting her cats.
