Sarah Allen, LSW

Sarah Allen received her undergraduate degree from Eastern Illinois University in Public Health and Psychology before pursuing a master's degree from Ohio State University in Social Work. She has specialized experience working with post-traumatic stress disorder, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders, and has experience working with individuals of all ages and abilities, including those diagnosed with autism and intellectual disabilities. She primarily utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy strategies. In her free time she enjoys reading, staying active, and trying out new restaurants and coffee shops.
