Sandra F Ramirez, RDN

I’m a Registered and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist with over 15 years of experience helping individuals transform their health through personalized nutrition care. I graduated Cum Laude from the Master’s in Health and Nutrition Program at Hawthorn University, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Florida. I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I also have additional training in holistic health, as I believe in a naturopathic approach to wellness and healing when appropriate. I currently reside in Coconut Creek, Florida.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, from dialysis centers and nursing homes to hospitals and recovery facilities. My experience allows me to help a wide range of clients, from those managing chronic conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and kidney disease, to individuals seeking to lose weight, improve their eating habits, or address disordered eating. I’m passionate about guiding people toward a positive, sustainable relationship with food—one that empowers them to take control of their health and feel their best.

In addition to my dietetics background, I have a deep passion for holistic wellness. I am a Level II Reiki practitioner and a certified Kundalini yoga teacher. I integrate these practices into my work to support my clients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I’m here to empower you to take charge of your health and work toward achieving your personal wellness goals.
