Rebecca Ward, RD

I’m a registered dietitian (RD, LD, CLS) based in central Ohio. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from The Ohio State University and completed my dietetic internship at the University of Delaware. 

With 5 years of experience, my expertise is in maternal, infant, child health and weight maintenance. I love supporting families through all stages with simple, realistic nutrition guidance. My approach is down-to-earth and practical; I focus on helping you feel confident and supported without the stress of restrictive diets. Outside of work, I enjoy film photography and spending time with my daughter.
