Mallory Bobzien, RD

I’m originally from Texas, but now happily call Colorado home, where summers are spent hiking, winters are spent skiing, and Salsa dancing keeps me moving all year long. 

I studied nutrition at Texas A&M University and completed my dietetic internship at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center. 

For the past four years, I’ve been developing the FoodHealth Score, a unique food scoring system. Now, I'm excited to return to my roots in nutrition counseling, where I can work directly with individuals to help them achieve their wellness goals.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that everyone deserves to experience food as a source of joy, connection, and nourishment.
