Lori H Shell, RD

I'm a native Washingtonian with over 20 years of experience in clinical dietetics. I earned my master's in exercise science from George Washington University and my undergraduate degree from Syracuse University.

I specialize in weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and kidney disease. I enjoy counseling both one-on-one and in a group setting.

In my free time, I'm an avid runner who has completed two marathons. I live in Gaithersburg with my family. My three kids are one daughter who recently graduated from college and is working in Pittsburgh, another daughter who is a junior at the University of Pittsburgh, and a son who is a junior in high school. I love traveling and experiencing new things.
