I'm a board-certified nutrition support clinician with a master's from Texas Woman's University and a bachelor's from Texas A&M. I have over 18 years of dietetic experience with 7 years as a Virtual Health dietitian working primarily with adults.

I've worked in various clinical settings, including inpatient care for cardiology, intensive care, and trauma, as well as both inpatient and outpatient bariatric care.

I believe in a balanced, personalized approach to health, focusing on a variety of nutrients, appropriate portion sizes, and an active lifestyle—not fad diets. I love collaborating with clients to set achievable goals for long-term wellness.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with family, running, cooking, and being outdoors.
