Katelyn Kreke Smith, CNP

Katelyn Smith attended The Ohio State University where she received her bachelor's degree in psychology as well as her master's degree in nursing, specializing in psychiatry/mental health. She has a passion for helping and supporting others throughout their struggles with mental health to reach their goals. She has experience treating children, adolescents, and adults struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, OCD, and substance use disorders. Katelyn treats child, adolescent, and adult patients. In her free time, Katelyn enjoys sporting events, live music, and spending time with her family, friends, and pets.
