Jessica Utech, PA

Jessica Utech, PA-C, is a compassionate and experienced physician assistant who has been caring for patients since 2016. Since 2020, she has focused exclusively on obstetrics and gynecology, supporting women through every stage of life—from adolescence to menopause. She completed a specialized OBGYN fellowship at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, gaining hands-on experience in labor and delivery, gynecologic surgery, and managing both routine and high-risk pregnancies.

Jessica believes every patient deserves to feel truly heard, understood, and respected. She strives to create a welcoming space where patients feel comfortable asking questions and confident in their care. Her approach combines the latest medical knowledge with genuine empathy, ensuring each patient receives individualized attention rather than feeling like “just a number.”

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their dog, reading a good book, and staying active with pickleball. She’s also a big football fan— GO BILLS!
