Elizabeth Kovalchin, LMHC

Elizabeth Kovalchin earned her undergraduate degree in psychology at The Ohio State University and completed a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program at University of Dayton. She has experience working in a Community Mental Health setting with a diverse group of populations including individuals with dual diagnoses, parents and adults throughout the lifespan, and teens/adolescents. She has a background and enjoys working with concerns relating to anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief, and individuals navigating life adjustments. She utilizes a person-centered approach with CBT, DBT, polyvagal techniques, mindfulness, and strengths-based counseling.
