Appointment Attendance Policy — effective January 1, 2027 | Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change an appointment. There’s no charge, as often as you need to. With less than 24 hours’ notice, a changed appointment is $10 and a missed appointment is $50 — and your first one each calendar year is always free.
