Celestia Helbrede, LSW

Celestia Helbrede holds a Master of Social Work from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Public Advocacy from Ohio University. With extensive experience in addressing issues related to sex, sexuality, and gender, Celestia has worked in specialized community mental health settings with LGBTQIA+ youth (ages 14+) and in trauma-informed care for adults. They employ a range of modalities including CBT, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Culturally Sensitive Therapy, DBT, Integrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy. In their free time, Celestia enjoys running, biking, cooking, and relaxing with their tabby cat, Paisley.
