Cassandra Leigh Hoffmann, CNP

Cassandra Hoffmann, certified pediatric nurse practitioner, is part of our Pediatrics team. Cassandra is an experienced pediatric nurse practitioner who has practiced in Nebraska and Kansas since 2021. As a pediatric nurse practitioner, Cassandra strives to provide comprehensive care to her patients.

Cassandra earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology degree at Georgia College & State University in 2017. Then, she gained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Emory University at Atlanta Georgia in 2019. In 2020, Cassandra graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing at Emory University.

Before she provided care as a nurse practitioner, Cassandra has worked with children through multiple roles as an after-school teacher, pre-kindergarten assistant teacher, and a registered nurse at the NICU/Nursery. Cassandra first provided care as a pediatric nurse practitioner at Kansas Kids Heart Center in Wichita, Kansas. She was a pediatric provider at Good Neighbor Community Health Center for the East Central District Health Department in Nebraska before she joined the Great Falls Clinic team.
