Ashley Kight, LPC

Ashley Kight is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Ohio University and her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Dayton. She is passionate and has experience working with teenage and adult populations with concerns relating to anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, mental and sports performance, trauma, grief, life transitions, and is Gottman Level 1 trained that she incorporates in both individual and couple's therapy. Ashley strives to create a warm, safe, and collaborative environment utilizing a person-centered approach and multiple modalities including DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, somatic exercises, and strength-based techniques.
